At ideeishop.com, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner, we have partnered with UPS FedEx ect.

 

1. Processing Time

 For in-stock items, order processing typically takes 5-7 business days after your order is received. If an item is out of stock, we will require additional time to put it into production. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Additionally, please allow for extra time once your order ships, as tracking information may take longer to update due to potential delays with local courier services.

2. Delivery Time

We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

 

3. Change of Delivery Address

NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

 

4. Order Tracking

If you have already registered on ideeishop.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.

 

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
