1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (based on the official logistics delivery date) to request a return.
2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
- With all original tags and labels attached.
- In its original packaging.
- You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
(1) Contact Us First:
To start a return, you must first contact us at sales@ideeishop.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
(2) Await Instructions:
If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return Shipping Cost: You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please email us at sales@ideeishop.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
(1) Inspection:
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
(2) Processing:
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will process the refund within 10 business days after we receive your returned item.
(3) Bank Time:
Please remember it can take some additional time (typically 3–20 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Currently, we do not designate any items as “Final Sale”. All products are eligible for return according to the terms of this policy.
